OMNIUM GATHERUM mit neuem Album Ende Februar
Die Metal-Hochburg Finnland hat uns in diesem Jahr eine besondere Fülle von neuer Musik beschert. Nightwish, Amorphis, Stratovarius, Apocalyptica, Ensiferum, Diablo, Hanging Garden, Swallow the Sun und etliche Metallkapellen mehr haben 2015 neue Alben herausgebracht. In den Venen des Volkes im hohen Norden scheint pures Metall in flüssiger Form zu fliessen. Das neue Album „Grey Heavens“ von Omnium Gatherum schafft es nicht mehr ganz in diesem Jahr, sondern wurde nun für den 26. Februar bei Lifeforce Records angekündigt. Das Cover-Artwork und die Trackliste wurden enthüllt sowie Möglichkeiten zur Vorbestellung bekannt gegeben. Sänger Jukka Pelkonen meint zum Album:
„The new album is wonderful & I must say I’m so proud of this latest achievement – It is definitely the best OG album yet. Of course it is always easy to say that but this time it is so true. It combines the history of OG in a way that once again brings something new and fresh to the table. Lyrically it also pushes the listener to a place which gives one really something to think about. The majesty which is the turbulence entangles with the mystery of silence and together they form life. That is what we experience each and every day. The album is a fast, catchy, melodic and brutal. What more one could want?“
